West African Ebola Outbreak is now a "Sub-Regional Crisis," says the WHO

The West African Ebola outbreak has spread into what the WHO calls a "sub-regional crisis," and is now "the deadliest and largest [ebola outbreak] since the virus was first detected in 1976." However, according to a Doctors Without Borders (MSF) press release, MSF is currently the only aid organization providing treatment and support to victims of the outbreak.
